I was born and grew up in Milan in the north of Italy. I studied interpretation and translation in Munich and now live in Berlin.

Interpreter and translator in Berlin

Foreign languages have fascinated and inspired me since childhood. As has teaching languages. After graduating from high school, I moved to Germany and studied translation and conference interpreting at the University of Applied Languages - SDI Munich.

Freelance interpreter and translator

For many years now I have worked as a freelance translator and conference interpreter for private and public clients as well as companies.

Private lessons in German and Italian

Since finishing my studies I have worked as a German and Italian teacher at universities, in schools and companies, and I also give private tuition.

In 2021 I won an award in the translation’s competition Radial-Initiativstipendium of the Deutscher Übersetzerfond for the translation of the children’s book “Hase & Mond. Eine Geschichte für Odilia“ by Ruth Johanna Benrath & Lucie Göpfert.
